We are looking for a new home

PLEASE DONATE OFFICE SPACE!

In order to effectively move to the next phase in our development, we are hoping to move into dedicated office space. We are very fortunate to attract dedicated volunteers to assist us in our fundraising, administrative and program-related tasks. Unfortunately, we are asking those volunteers to work remotely. While this is a workable solution, and very Web 2.0′ish, it limits our ability to meet with donors, community partners and most of all, it inhibits the opportunity for serendipitous synergy (say that 5 times fast).

In this difficult economic time, we believe there may be some community-minded commercial landlords hoping to help the greater good, while at the same time benefit from the donation of space. Vacancy rates are at an all-time high and the space may be better utilized by us than by the vacancy.

Our needs are not complicated. Ideally, we would like to occupy 1,500 to 5,000 sf and would need the space built out (at least in a usable fashion - nothing fancy necessary). If you had tenants vanish overnight and leave the furniture behind - even better. Our geographic preference is for Boston’s Metrowest.
