January 19, 2009. The LCA Trust website is officially launched. December 3, 2008. Green Up, Inc. and the Land Conservation and Advocacy Trust, Inc. enter into a fiscal sponsorship arrangement. While LCA Trust awaits word (any word . . .) from the IRS on its application for tax exempt status, tax deductible donations can be made and will be recorded through Green Up, Inc. a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.
November 16, 2008. Deb Mackey and Rob Levine appointed to the LCA Trust Advisory Council.
September 10, 2008. The LCA Trust filed for tax exempt status with the Internal Revenue Service.
September 5, 2008. Stephen E. Meltzer forms the Land Conservation and Advocacy Trust, Inc. and registers with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a non-profit corporation.
